Payment Terms

• All services must be paid for in advance or as outlined in individual contracts or agreements.
• Late payments may lead to suspension or termination of services.
• All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in individual contracts.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, content, and access to platforms as required for the provision of services. Clients must ensure that all content provided is original and free from copyright infringement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the provision of services, unless permission is granted for disclosure.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 30 days. In the event of termination, FuelResults will be compensated for the services rendered up to the date of termination.

Limitation of Liability

FuelResults shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or loss of revenue or profits arising out of or related to the services provided.

Intellectual Property

All content created by FuelResults for clients remains the intellectual property of FuelResults until full payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, ownership is transferred to the client.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

FuelResults reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page regularly.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or the services provided by FuelResults shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the United States of America.
